The Utopia is an apartment building on 8 floors, with the ground floor for parking space and a lobby for residents. With our facilities on the first floor, having a swimming pool, lounge and fully fitted gym, it guarantees maximum relaxation for our residents. We have 2 types of units; a 3-bedroom apartment with service quarter and a 4-bedroom penthouse with home office, cinema, large terrace and service quarter on 2 floors giving a good view of the nearby lake.
